Mona Boewe is currently pursuing her Masters in Counseling through the College of Education at Arizona State University. She earned her B.A. in Fine Arts through Eastern Kentucky University. She works on campus as Program Coordinator, Sr. in the Office of Public Affairs. Mona has also worked in the dean's office of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and with the Adult and Family Development Project through the Department of Psychology. In her masters program she has developed stress management and anxiety reduction programs for psychoeducational groups and co-taught a graduate level class in group work. Her thesis is titled: Behavior Therapy Through Drawings: Examining the Effects of Art Therapy on Anxiety Levels of Adolescents.
