Barbara Huff is a doctoral student in the division of psychology in education at Arizona State University. Her research interests include academic achievement motivation and a range of topics related to the psychology of learning. She is involved in several scholarly projects including a study of the connections among the future-oriented component of self-concept, academic goals and student motivation, and an exploration of the relations among student perception of teacher and classroom, student/teacher affect, and student academic motivation.
