Shawn Stockford is a doctoral student in the Measurement, Statistics and Methodological Studies program at Arizona State University. He is currently working on projects related to multi-level statistical modeling, data visualization using technology, empirical sampling distributions, and alternative forms of assessment of academic achievement. His other research interests include issues in item response theory, structural equation modeling, Bayesian estimation, nonparametric testing, robustness, social influence, social traps, and sources of statistical biasness.
