Welcome to the Fall Issue of Current Issues in Education! 

We’re excited to share the second issue of Vol. 25 with you! This edition brings together five insightful and thought-provoking articles, featuring the work of scholars addressing real problems in education, exploring alternatives, and revealing unexpected possibilities.

Thank you to our editorial board, composed of students from all three PhD programs at MLFTC, for their dedication and hard work this semester. We’re also deeply grateful to our reviewers, whose thoughtful contributions make this journal possible. Lastly, to the authors who entrusted us with their manuscripts, we are honored to publish your important and thoughtful contributions.

We encourage you to begin with our editorial, In the Space of Urgency, Making Space for the Emerging. This piece reflects on the challenges of navigating education in the time of political, social, and environmental crises we currently face.
